SNAPA's Annual Conference is a premier event designed exclusively for Pennsylvania's School Nutrition leaders and staff to engage in a variety of professional development and network with colleagues and partners from across the state.
During the week, attendees will have opportunities to engage in informative sessions, see and taste what our industry partners have to offer, and get to know other members at pre-conference events and the receptions and dinners. Dedicated networking times are interspersed to foster meaningful connections with peers and industry partners.

REGISTRATION:
Registration for this event is open to school nutrition staff and SNAPA's 2025-26 Partners. All attendees for this year's event are required to register through the SNAPA's online registration system. Please note, you MUST be a member to receive member pricing.

SNAPA has reserved several blocks of rooms at the below hotels. We encourage all attendees to secure a room as soon as possible.

SNAPA's 2025-2026 Business and Industry Partners receive the following benefits for this year's event:
*Bronze partners and additional B&I attendees are welcome to register and attend at the $450 fee.
EXHIBIT SHOW INFORMATION:
Join us for the exhibit show on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 11:30AM to 2:45PM. Director Level partners will have exclusive access from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
BOOTH SHARING POLICY:
Please note our updated booth sharing policy:
BOOTH SELECTION PROCESS:
Booth selection will be available first to Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners starting June 11, 2025. Gold partners can select their booths starting June 18, 2025. Silver booths will be selected by SNAPA unless with a broker. SNAPA will be using an online booth selection portal for a smooth process.
ADDITIONAL BOOTHS:
To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,850 or participate at the Diamond or Presenting Partner levels.
ELECTRICITY:
Electricity is not included but is available for purchase through the online registration system.

EXHIBIT SET-UP: Exhibit set-up will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Tuesday July 29th and 7:00 am to 10:30 am on Wednesday July 30th. Attendees will begin arriving to the space on Wednesday at 11:30 am and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits until 2:45PM.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: Exhibitor’s registration will be open during the setup time, please check in at registration to pick up badges before setting up your booth.
EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN: Tear down can begin at 3PM. Please stay for the duration so that all attendees have a chance to visit you. We will donate any left-over food items, so please place any unused items on top of your display table at the conclusion of the event.
PRIZE CONTRIBUTIONS: If you are interested in donating a door prize for our members please let us know during the registration process. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the conference, and you will be recognized for your contribution!
PREP KITCHEN: A prep kitchen will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 9AM until 2PM on show day. Use of the kitchen outside of this time is strictly prohibited and exceptions are not possible.
