2025 SNAPA Commodity Food Show

SNAPA welcomes current Director Level SNAPA Members to attend the 2025 Commodity Food Show. This event will highlight a “Brown-Box” cutting from the PA Catalog followed by networking and a processed commodity food show with our B&I partners. This event is a Director-Level member only event.

COST: Free for SNAPA Director Level Members. If you are not a current SNAPA Director-Level Member you can join here!

Business & Industry Partners:

SNAPA welcomes vendors to attend the 2025 Commodity Food Show. This event will highlight a “Brown-Box” cutting from the PA Catalog followed by networking and a processed commodity food show with our B&I partners. This event is a Director-Level member only event. 

ELIGIBLE B&I PARTICIPANTS: Partners will only be able to show processed commodities. A full list of items that will be shown must be submitted to SNAPA. Attendees will receive a line item sheet of all processed commodities shown at the event. We encourage you to provide sell sheets and calculators for your items. After you register for the event, you will receive a request for this information from SNAPA in December. 

VENDOR FEES: 

  • Diamond - Complimentary
  • Platinum - $300
  • Gold - $350 
  • Silver - $400 

REGISTRATION: Space is limited to the first 40 registered vendor partners. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All B&I partners must register through the online registration system. 

BOOTH INFO: 8 foot table, no drape, NO electricity. Booths will be assigned by SNAPA upon registration. Each booth may only represent one company. 

PARKING: Plenty of parking is available for all B&I partners and members. 

KITCHEN ACCESS: Dock and lift are available. The following equipment will be available for use by all vendors: 4 convection ovens, 2 combi ovens, 1 gas stove, 4 steamers, 2 pizza conveyors, 6 warmers, 1 tilt skillet, and 1 flat-top grill. Registered partners will receive a kitchen sign-up opportunity at a later date. The location WILL NOT receive food prior to the event. 

SET-UP: State College High School will be available starting at 8am for vendor set-up.
