• Anticipated Position Description

The Hamburg Area School District is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-centered professional to serve as our next Food Services Director. This leadership position is responsible for the overall administration and strategic direction of the District's comprehensive K–12 food service program, including financial and operational management, regulatory compliance, nutrition programming, community engagement, and communications.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success in increasing student participation, strengthening operational efficiency, securing grant funding, and developing creative nutrition initiatives that positively impact students and the broader school community. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader who values student voice, promotes healthy food choices, and builds strong relationships with staff, families, local organizations, and agricultural partners.

Employment Terms:

• Salary Range: $76,000 - $86,000 (commensurate with experience)
• 3% increase in 2027 & 2028
• $500 annual employer contribution into a selected 403(b) Savings Plan
• 11-month position
• Sick balance transfer (if applicable) of up to 25 days + 11 sick days annually
• Receives 3 Personal Days annually & 11 paid holidays
