Site Leader - Manheim Township School District

Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma, ServSafe Certification, and supervisory experience. K-12 experience preferred.  

Hours: Full Time - School Term (10 Months), Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Additional Information: This position provides leadership and assists to provide students with food of high nutritious quality in an atmosphere of cleanliness, cheerfulness, and personal caring.  Ensures service that is in compliance with all federal and state guidelines. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and the direct supervision of daily food preparation, execution, & site food service employees. This position requires ability to express or exchange ideas by means of verbal and written communication. Proficiency with the computer is required. Ability to supervise and direct staff members. Must be highly organized, tactful, team player, and have a passion for serving students. 

The individual works with other members of the Food Service Department/Building in meeting goals and objectives in support of the District mission to provide a social and educational environment for the students.

Must be customer service oriented and have a caring and pleasant personality. Must have the capacity to grasp and adjust to new and changing situations. 

Standing: 80%

Sit: 20%

Lifting: 50 pounds (team lift)

Salary depends upon position and experience--minimum starting rate $20.14/hour.
